Spain to clamp down on tax fraud by digital nomads
Here is what we know about the new tax regulations in Spain
Spain’s Agencia Tributaria announced it wants to intensify its control on residents who artificially reduce their fiscal bill by using the non-resident tax.
Spain considers its resident population to be tax residents if they spend more than 183 days in Spain.
The focus will be on residents in Spain who meet this criterion and who should therefore pay IRPF that applies to all their worldwide income.
Non-resident tax (IRNR) is generally 24 percent, whereas IRPF income tax is progressive based on earnings and can go up to 47 percent.

The most underestimated skill in the remote work era
Cross-Cultural Competence.
There is a lot of talk about skills you need to succeed in remote work scenarios. Yes, it would be best to have good communication skills, time management, organization, digital savviness, self-management, discipline, collaboration, flexibility, problem-solving, etc.
All these come as no surprise at this point
But there is not enough talk about cross-cultural skills
Most people don't have these skills significantly developed as they simply didn't need them so far.
Going somewhere on holiday or having a couple of friends from a different country is not the same as having to work arm-to-arm with someone from a different culture and get shit done. As remote work grows, more and more people will find themselves having colleagues, managers, and clients all around the globe.
And the time zone differences ( the only part most people are aware of) are actually the minor detail here
Have you ever managed a launch of big projects with Indian colleagues? Had clients in South America and all around Europe whom you never met? Your manager was Ukrainian, and a subcontractor was Danish?
Because this will be a common scenario for many people very soon, and if they are not prepared, they will struggle.
I think it is better to prepare yourself beforehand.
You will avoid a lot of problems and frustrations. It will help to minimize conflicts; the work will be more efficient, and people will be more productive.
Yes, the differences and different ways of work will still be there, but you will be equipped to deal with them. And last but not least, these skills will save your business tons of money

Why does breathwork matter?
Breathing is one of the most important activities of the body. The exercise nourishes body tissues with oxygen which is essential for producing energy. Breathing is run by two sets of muscles and nerves controlled by the voluntary and involuntary systems.
A disruption in the involuntary nervous system has been associated with many diseases and health complications. Simple breathwork exercises serve as a gateway into the involuntary nervous system.
The basic principle of efficient breathwork is to make your breath deeper, slower, quieter, and more regular.
Breathing changes the emotional state of an individual. Faster breaths are associated with anxiety, shock, surprise, and discomfort. On the other hand, deeper and slower breaths bring a state of calmness.
