Spain scraps red tape to attract talented British digital nomads after Brexit

Spain is now making big moves to scrap the barriers limiting the poaching of digital nomads from The United Kingdom.

Here is what we know about the situation:

  • Spain initially had complicated laws concerning the business registration processes

  • Registering a company in Spain took a month and had very high fees.

  • One had to pay €5,000 (£4448) to the bank to carry on with and complete the registration process.

How important is nutrition to a digital nomad?

Digital nomads and remote workers may face the significant challenge of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Due to the nature of remote work, it is very easy for digital nomads to lose track of certain healthy habits. A common area that is frequently left out is nutrition.

Digital nomads should consume healthy food as much as possible. A healthy diet is balanced with enough carbohydrates, proteins, and vitamins.

Eating healthy meals will maintain the standard body weight and prevent many health complications from accumulating fat in the body tissues. It is also wise to avoid junk and manufactured food. Try to stick to natural foods as much as possible.

The Ultimate Guide to Breathwork

Breathwork is a technique that people use to improve their mental, spiritual and physical well-being. Research indicates that breathwork triggers relaxation responses in the brain and body. The practice involves periodic alteration of breathing patterns. During the practice, the individual may focus on key areas such as releasing negative thoughts or shifting to a calm state of mind.

Breathwork exists in different forms such as clarity breathing and holotropic breathwork. Clinically, breathwork has been proven to greatly help individuals who practice it on a regular basis.

Some of the advantages of breathwork include:

  1. Reducing mental stress.

  2. Limiting the effects of PTSD.

  3. Improving the immune system.

  4. Reducing hypertension in older adults.

A Special Note From Community member Mine Dedekoca

We are excited to kick off an initiative to offer remote work job opportunities to help the earthquake victims in Turkey get back on their feet.

Our initiative aims to connect talented and hardworking individuals who were affected by the earthquake with companies looking for remote workers. Thanks to Youthall's remarkable efforts, we already started collecting applications from the earthquake victims who are interested in #remotework opportunities. The candidates are filtered and verified carefully by the Youthall team to maintain the credibility of our initiative.

By providing these individuals with access to flexible work opportunities, we hope to empower them to rebuild their lives and support their families. We believe that remote work can be a powerful tool for economic recovery and we are committed to making a positive impact in the communities affected by the earthquake.

We invite companies to join us in this effort by offering remote work opportunities to qualified candidates and contributing to the rebuilding of Turkey's economy.

If you are interested in taking part of the initiative as a company please fill out the form below.
