So before the exciting moment of introducing our selected Community Manager for the Bitung City Nomads Program let's review what's happened thus far.

Phase 1 of 5 is complete:

✅ Create A Bitung City Nomads Guide

We have created a premium branded guide that will show any nomad visiting Bitung City the best places to live, work, and socialize.

All locations have been pre-vetted for quality assurance and the owners of the establishments briefed with information on the incoming nomads.

One of our biggest concerns mentioned was.. WIFI

I'm proud to say that the top 3 wifi providers are now COMPETING to be the exclusive wifi provider for our program.

Meaning all of the main buildings in the hub we create in both Bitung City will have fast wifi from one of the biggest companies in Indonesia!

Once we pick a winner we will announce this so yes fellow nomads you can now sleep easy at night we have one of the most important ingredients covered 📡

Ok so now let's talk about the next step.

✅ Phase 2: Hire and Train Community Manager

The search had already officially begun from the start.

You see, hiring the right Community Manager can make or break any digital nomad program so I did not take this decision lightly.

This person is the heart and soul of the program. They interact daily with the nomads, and provide support when they are in need and sometimes when they need a shoulder to cry on.

They have to be there emotionally, physically, socially. They coordinate events, and experiences, and are there in case of important issues that may occur.

So again, has to be the right person that can handle this.

Now for the moment you've all been waiting for.

Who will be the Community Manager for the Bitung City Nomads Program?

Meet Primy Jeils, our official Community Manager for the Bitung City Nomads program.

Why did I select Primy among dozens of candidates?

First because Primy is a local, she is from the Sulawesi area! And she's an accomplished, recognized entrepreneur and project manager.

In fact, funny story the heads of the program already knew about her when I mentioned her name in a prior meeting.

It was meant to be!

Other important factors is that she has extensive experience living and working with international people and is a nomad herself having lived and traveled in dozens of countries.

It's safe to say the program is in good hands isn't it?

Primy has already provided so much contribution to the program and will be credited in our official Community Manager Guide that we submit at the end of the pilot program.

She was able to suggest an additional location in Bitung neither me or government saw that has great infrastructure for nomads

So.. our next steps is when the fireworks show begins.

I am excited because this is my strong suit: Marketing

I’m already in talks with some major publications who want to share the exciting new program.

What I'm most excited about is providing a safe, exciting new location for digital nomads to experience the freedom and community we so much enjoy.

We hope to one day see you in Bitung City.
